Terms of Service

Welcome to LifePilot

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LifePilot ("we," "us," "our"), an AI-powered life admin service operated at mylifepilot.ai. By subscribing to or using LifePilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LifePilot Does

LifePilot acts on your behalf to handle life admin tasks — scheduling appointments, canceling subscriptions, negotiating bills, filling out forms, and conducting research. We use a combination of human operators and AI tools.

You explicitly authorize us to:

• Make phone calls to service providers, businesses, and offices on your behalf
• Submit forms and applications using information you provide
• Interact with your accounts and service providers as your authorized representative
• Use AI tools (including AI-powered phone agents) to complete tasks
• Access scheduling systems to book or modify appointments

We will only act on tasks you specifically request.

2. What LifePilot Is Not

• Not a law firm. We don't provide legal advice.
• Not financial advisors. We can negotiate your cable bill, but we're not managing your investments.
• Not a medical provider. We book appointments — we don't give medical advice.
• Not an emergency service. For emergencies, contact the appropriate services directly.

3. Your Account & Authorization

When you sign up and share account credentials, you:

• Confirm you are the account holder (or authorized to act on their behalf)
• Authorize LifePilot to interact with third-party providers as your representative
• Accept responsibility for ensuring information you provide is accurate
• Agree to respond to our requests for additional information in a timely manner

4. How We Handle Your Credentials

• Encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit
• Never stored in plaintext — not in databases, logs, notes, or anywhere else
• Each user has a dedicated encrypted vault with per-user encryption keys
• Used only to complete your requested tasks — nothing else
• You can request deletion at any time

5. Subscription & Billing

• Monthly subscription billed monthly. Your rate is confirmed at signup.
• Cancel anytime. Access continues through the end of your billing period.
• No refunds for partial months.
• Price changes: 30 days' notice minimum. Cancel if you don't agree.
• Founding member rates are guaranteed for the promotional period specified at signup.

6. Service Hours & Availability

• Business hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Tasks submitted outside business hours will be picked up the next business day
• We aim to acknowledge tasks within 1 hour during business hours

7. Limitations of Liability

• We're not liable for actions taken by third-party providers
• We commit to good faith and reasonable effort, but can't guarantee specific outcomes
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Respond to our questions in a timely manner
• Don't ask us to do anything illegal
• Keep your credentials current

9. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time. We'll delete your profile information, stored credentials, and task history within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Beta Service

LifePilot is currently in beta. Features, processes, and capabilities may change as we learn and improve. Your feedback directly shapes the service.

11. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We can terminate your account for Terms violations, illegal use, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, active tasks will be completed or handed off with a status update.

12. Changes to These Terms

We'll notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use means acceptance. Cancel if you disagree.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Honolulu County, Hawaii.
